Absolutely in love with my Clarity Oakwood frames. Had to add them to my collection and I’m so glad I did. The color is even more gorgeous in person. The perfect combination of earthy and sultry. Love the little gold details. They’re just enough. These glasses do everything without doing too much. Any look is elevated when I add these frames in the mix. They came in a really unique case which was a nice touch and shipping was fast. I didn’t require a prescription. I’m definitely interested in trying some of the other colors.

You’ll need a valid eyeglasses prescription from your doctor, meaning it is not for contacts, has not expired and is fully readable. Alternatively, you can provide us with your doctor’s name and we’ll call their office to request a copy of your prescription.
All eyewear includes a 60-month warranty, which covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to damage to improper care or cleaning. Your NCMPRBL comes with an optional warranty that covers you for up to 36 months only when added at checkout. For more information visit here
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of when you receive your eyewear.

Every prescription is unique and custom made. Once we have your prescription, it typically takes about 2 weeks (10-14 Business Days) to ship your new glasses.*

Each NCMPRBL prescription order is inspected by Board-Certified Opticians who complete a rigorous process when meticulously reviewing your prescription and will contact you to make recommendations, if needed. Unlike most online companies, our board-certified opticians individually measure your prescription order to ensure clear vision, just like if you're buying in person. Consider this experience becoming comparable (no pun intended) to getting a custom-tailored suit instead of one off the rack—intentionally made to advance your vision.
NCMPRBL does not bill insurance for your eyeglasses, but your insurance company may reimburse you for some or all of your purchase. We kindly recommend checking pre-purchase. We are considered an “out of network” lab for all insurance plans, so check with your insurance company for details on out-of-network reimbursements.
